Come enjoy the beautiful sunset, classical music, fabulous food, and the awesome wines. Get out and meet your neighbors and make new friends. This adult-only event only comes once a year- you don't want to miss it!
The WCC will supply the non-alcoholic beverages and the tableware. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share and your favorite wine or purchase Tapteil's wines at a discount. There is no charge for this event, but the musician would appreciate tips, I'm sure.

4th of July

Protecting Amon Preserve from Fireworks

With all the rain and cool temperatures this spring, Amon Community Preserve, just to the east of Center Blvd and Piper Street, is sporting a bumper crop of tinder-dry grasses. As you celebrate the 4th of July holiday, please monitor fireworks and supervise the kids using them.

One misplaced firecracker could set the whole hillside above Amon ablaze—some of us remember that happening just a few years ago. Homes and wildlife are at risk. Please be vigilant and call 911 if you suspect trouble. The Richland Police non-emergency # is 628-0333.

Have a safe and happy 4th!

If you have questions, call Kathy Dechter at 627- 0950.
